When it comes to integrating technology in the classroom and using various technologies with students, our staff members are at all different levels of expertise. Therefore, our latest EdTech PD became a combination of online resources, work in PLC groups, as well as more traditional PD sessions focused on the various EdTech topics the different teachers wanted to work on. This model allowed differentiation, collaboration, and the chance to change direction even in the middle of the day.
